David is a builder at heart. He spent his first decade "in the trenches" engineering solutions from scratch before evolving to lead global organizations of 100+ professionals across three continents. This journey revealed a critical gap in the startup ecosystem: too many founders are forced to choose between hiring expensive executives too early or accumulating "spaghetti code" and technical debt that cripples growth later. Soleno.Tech was created to bridge that gap, bringing enterprise-grade architectural discipline to early-stage ventures.
The concept for Soleno.Tech was born from a simple realization: Great ideas deserve a solid foundation.
David’s approach to technology was shaped by two distinct, high-pressure worlds. While he has spent the last decade building Fintech platforms serving 20+ global markets, his true foundation was forged in the intense industry of intralogistics. Starting his career on February 9, 2009, he spent his first six years building mission-critical Warehouse Management Systems where "throughput" and "resiliency" were operational necessities. This environment molded him to think big and work internationally from day one.
He saw firsthand that the principles required to sustain these complex supply chains—clean architecture, disciplined engineering, and strategic foresight—are exactly what early-stage startups need to survive, but rarely have access to.
Instead of taking a traditional "Founding CTO" role for a single venture, David founded Soleno.Tech to bring that same level of executive technical leadership to multiple high-potential founders. We provide the "Fractional CTO" expertise that allows startups to build their "Evergreen Architecture" from day one—without the overhead of a full-time executive.
